We never sell your information. Ever. This page explains what we collect, why, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you sign up for your workout, we collect:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your answers to the “Is 7RepWorkout right for you?” quiz, if you took it
• The date and time you signed up
• Your IP address and the type of browser you used

We do not ask for or store health information.

How we use it

• To open your workout and let you back in if you return
• To contact you by email or phone about your workout and your progress
• To understand who 7RepWorkout is helping, so we can make it better
• To keep spam and abuse off the site

What stays on your device

Your browser remembers that you signed up, and saves any workouts you customize. Your quiz answers are kept in your browser until you sign up. If you never sign up, they are never sent to us. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who helps us run the site

We do not sell, rent or trade your information. A few services process it for us so the site can work:

• Amazon Web Services hosts the site and stores sign-ups, in the United States.
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a sign-up comes from a person and not a bot.
• Google Fonts supplies the fonts, so your browser contacts Google when a page loads.

Your choices

You can opt out of contact, see what we hold about you, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email fan@7RepWorkout.com from the address you signed up with and we will take care of it.

We keep your sign-up until you ask us to delete it.

Children

If you are under 13, please ask a parent or guardian to sign up for you. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13 without a parent's permission.

Changes

If this page changes, we will update the date at the top.
